Well as some of you might know, I went to YFE the first week of June. YFE stands for Youth for Excellence. It is kind of like EFY, but more of a spiritual expierience and you learn a lot more. We went to Palmyra, New Yorkand and stayed in the Palmyra Inn. It was a blast! Me and my cousin, Jordan, flew there together and then met my other cousin, Jared, in Detroit. When we got there, we had about five hours of free time. Me and my two cousins met these two girls, Amanda and Bethany, and we walked over to the Temple grounds and then to the Sacred Grove. It was only a ten minute walk...that will give you an idea about how close we were to everything.
This is the Palmyra Temple on our first day.
This was our view of the Temple from the road.
I thought this sign was pretty cool just cause you won't find it anywhere else.
Now here are some awesome pictures, taken by your's truly, of the Sacred Grove.
I thought it was awesome how the trees make and arch over you.
If you can't tell, this little rock wall is said to be Joseph Smith's Property line.
This is a really friendly skunk that we saw on our last day in the Sacred Grove.
A SIGN!! No just the sun setting in the Sacred Grove.
These are the two most amazing counselors in the world, Brittany and Dustin Richins (I hope I spelled that right.) They were incredibly nice and fun.
These were all of our leaders and they just made this trip better than I could even imagine.
This is me and Jared giving our serious faces in the Joseph Smith home.
The Testimony of The Three Witnesses.
WOW! I did not realize how close I was to Canada.
High School Musical pose with Jordan, Mckenna, Jared, and ME! on temple grounds.
Well, earlier, Mckenna asked me to do wedding poses and one of them was me holding her like that and I guess Jared was a little jealous.
Then, it was my turn.
Me, Amanda, and Bethany having an awesome time at the temple.
awwww....
This is me and Aleesa Young. She was one of the counselor's daughter.
That is me and Mckenna.

"My three handsome grandsons," as my grandma would put it.

This was our whole group at the temple.
Me and Amanda......good times.
The house that Alvin Smith built for him and his family.
This is the view of New York City from the plane. I hoped to see the buildings, but never got close enough.
